Can you valet anywhere?
Yes. BMB Car Valeting is fully mobile and carries its own water and power supply. As long as I can safely park my van close to the vehicle, I can usually carry out the valet without any issues.
Do you provide your own water?
Yes. I can bring my own water supply or connect to an outside tap if preferred.
Do you provide your own power?
Yes. I can provide my own power supply or use a customer's electricity supply if preferred.
Can you valet my car at work?
In many cases yes, providing permission is granted and suitable access is available.
How long does a valet take?
This depends on the vehicle size and condition. A maintenance clean is quicker, while a deep valet can take several hours.
My car is extremely dirty, is that a problem?
No. Simply send some photos beforehand so I can provide an accurate quote.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is available as an add-on service.
Can you remove stains from seats and carpets?
Many stains can be significantly improved or removed, although results vary depending on the type and age of the stain.
Can you remove bad smells?
Interior deep cleaning can help reduce many odours, although severe odours may require specialist treatment.
Do you clean vans and SUVs?
Yes. Larger vehicles such as SUVs, 4x4s, vans and 7-seaters may incur an additional charge.
Do you travel outside Wainfleet?
Yes. Travel charges may apply outside the normal service area.
Can you work in the rain?
Light rain is often manageable. Severe weather may require rescheduling.
What happens if the weather is bad?
I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best option.
How can I pay?
Cash and bank transfer are accepted.
Do I need to remove my belongings?
For the best results, please remove valuable items and personal belongings where possible.
